#milechallenge2014 January report

This month we kicked off Mile Challenge 2014 with the goal of logging 100 miles for the year 2014. You can read more about it here. We were able to log 14.5 miles for the month of January. Eight of those miles were hiked and 6.5 were just by walking around the neighbor hood. I love this goal and can see us adapting it into our lifestyles for years to come. Before this goal we would occasionally go on a walk or hike, but when the goal in mind now I see us getting out more often. It’s not too late to set your own goal and join in on the fun!
